Telephones will be answered until 6.00pm each day. The surgery closes for lunch between 12.30pm and 2.00pm every day.

When We Are Closed

The local out of hours provider NORTH AND WEST BELFAST URGENT CARE looks after the urgent needs of patients from 6.00pm – 8.30am weekdays, 24 hours at weekends and Bank holidays.

To access this service please telephone 028 90744447.

The on call doctor will either give you advice by telephone or arrange to see you at the out of hours centre or if appropriate visit you at home.

This service is for EMERGENCIES only or if your problem cannot wait until the next normal surgery. The Practice recommends all patients should register with a dentist for their dental care.

NI Direct

In the case of urgent need when the practice is closed you can view the NI Direct website for minor illnesss advice.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
